Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the cake is clearly labelled with its ingredients and to check for any allergens. We also recommend confirming any dietary requirements or allergies with your guests before the party.

Please note that 4 Kingdoms cannot accept responsibility for allergens contained in cakes supplied by customers.

In line with food allergen regulations (Natasha’s Law), any birthday cake brought into the venue must be served before party food is distributed.

Yes! Squash and water are provided for all children throughout the party.

For adults, we provide 6 complimentary hot drinks on arrival. Additional discounted hot drink vouchers are also available for party attendees to purchase on the day.

This depends on the party package you’ve booked:

2.5 Hour Party Package
The time shown on your booking confirmation is your arrival time. Food will be served during the final 30 minutes of your party slot in your chosen party cabin.

All Day Party Package
The time shown on your booking confirmation is your allocated food time in your chosen party cabin.

Private Hire Packages
Food service times can be flexible and arranged to suit your event. If no specific time has been requested, food will be served according to the default time allocated by our booking system when you are booking online.

To help us comply with food allergen regulations, including Natasha’s Law, and maintain a safe environment for all guests, outside food cannot be consumed in our party cabins, indoor seating areas, or private hire spaces.

You’re welcome to bring additional snacks to enjoy in our outdoor areas. The only exception is birthday cakes, which may be brought as part of your party booking.

These measures help us manage allergens responsibly and ensure the safety of all children and families attending our parties.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for guests who do not attend on the day, as party spaces, catering and venue capacity are planned and reserved in advance based on your confirmed booking numbers.

Your final guest list and children’s meal selections must be submitted no later than 7 days before your party date.

Please note that if a guest list is not provided, party package rates cannot be honoured and all attending adults will be charged the standard daily admission rate.

If you’re looking to make a full day of it, we recommend upgrading to our All Day Party Package, which allows your guests to continue enjoying the park before and after your party celebration.

Our 2.5-hour party package includes admission and activities for the duration of your booked party slot of 2.5 hours only. For families who would like extra time to explore everything 4 Kingdoms has to offer, the All Day Party Package is the perfect option.

For both our 2.5-Hour Party Package and All Day Party Package, your booking includes 30 minutes of dedicated eating time in your chosen private party cabin.

For Private Hire Packages, eating arrangements are much more flexible. Subject to availability, you can request your preferred food service time during your hire period, and guests may use the space for eating for a longer duration, including throughout your private hire if required.

All Day Party Package
Ideal if you’d like to make a full day of your visit to 4 Kingdoms. Guests can enjoy the park all day, with 30 minutes of dedicated dining time in your chosen private party cabin. This package is also designed for smaller parties of up to 20 children.

Party Suite Hire

Perfect for larger celebrations with more than 20 guests. The Party Suite provides a private indoor space for 3 hours, while your guests enjoy full-day access to the park. It’s an excellent option for families looking for a dedicated party area alongside a full day of adventure at 4 Kingdoms.

Outdoor Marquee Hire

Ideal for larger celebrations with more than 20 guests, our Marquee Hire includes a private marquee reserved exclusively for your party for the entire day, along with full-day park access for all your guests. With plenty of space, flexibility and privacy, it’s the perfect option for families looking to host a bigger celebration while making the most of everything 4 Kingdoms has to offer.

Private Barn Hire
Our most exclusive party option. The Private Barn is available outside of normal park opening hours and includes access to the laser tag arena and soft play area. It’s ideal for larger groups of 15+ guests looking for a private and flexible party experience. The standard package includes a 2-hour hire, with longer hire periods available on request for an additional charge. Eating times are flexible and can be tailored to suit your event.
